* £24k - £34k DOE* 2 days in the 0ffice* Based in LiverpoolWe are seeking an individual with a background in PR or integrated marketing client services to take charge of and nurture client relationships, delivering top-notch account management services at every juncture.In this role, you will become an authority on our clients, providing comprehensive support ranging from project management to aiding in the development of campaign plans and strategies that address their core challenges. With the backing of our broader team,you will delve into the intricacies of each campaign we execute, scrutinizing data at every phase to propel results and ROI.This position holds a pivotal role in our overarching commitment to go all out for ambitious individuals and ventures through our integrated campaign model approach.We are in search of someone who is eager to develop both personally and professionally and is enthusiastic about taking the lead on strategic client accounts.Our ClientMy client is an integrated marketing and PR agency, executing campaigns because their clients need help crafting stories that get them seen, heard and remembered. Key responsibilities: * Key contact for assigned clients* Day to day coordination and organisation of assigned client accounts* Management of actions in agency project management system to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget* Creating briefs for studio specialists* Proactive research and opportunity spotting* Ability to build strong relationships with the media* Media monitoring set up and management* Time and budget tracking and reporting* Managing and updating media lists* Content creation* Developing reports for key client accounts* Media relations and proactive pitching support* Social media support* Event management supportThe ideal candidate:* 1-2 years of experience in client account management* Experience working in a busy agency environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines* Experience using a project management system* Proficient in the use of media monitoring platforms* Creative with the ability to feed into campaign strategies* Proactive with the ability to spot opportunities* Super organised and skilled at using your initiative* Comfortable briefing partners (i.e. designers, videographers, producers, editors, etc.)Not essential, but great to have:* Property / tech sector experience* Proficient with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.)ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
