The successful candidate must be proficient and confident in their policy andreport writing skills and produce excellent written work. The role also requires the successful candidate to demonstrate a mature and diplomatic approach when discussing complex risk issues with our senior directors and non-executives and not be afraid of robust critical challenge when promoting opinions.Who are we We are the Governments national housing agency. We are using our land, influence, funds and knowledge to increase the pace, scale and qualityof new homes accelerating delivery in areas of greatest demand and helping create great places to live. Within the next few years, we will have invested over £27 billion across our programmes. To deliver against these aims were building a different kind ofpublic service - join us to help make this happen. We would encourage all applicants to apply as soon as possible as we may close vacancies early should we receive a high number of applications. We also encourage you to apply using the full application option as opposed to quick apply, this is especiallyimportant if you would like to indicate to us that you would like to be considered under the disability confident scheme. If your application is shortlisted to interview, we will require you to provide proof of your right to work in the UK at that stage.Homes England are a geographically diverse community.
