Job Description

Senior Litigation Solicitor/Head of Department - Merseyside based Law firmSalary up to £45k plus benefitsOur Client, a well established Personal Injury Law firm based on Merseyside, is looking to recruit a well organised experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor/Head of Department to join their growing company.Key responsibilities:-

  • Manage the Litigation team ensuring targets are hit
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary and induction processes.
  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Conduct appraisals and 121s
  • Maintaining compliance with Lexcel
    • Experience required:-
  • Must be a qualified Solicitor at last 3 years pqe
  • Personal Injury Litigation
  • Previous supervisory/management experience essential
  • Proclaim experience (desirable
