Senior HR Business Partner - 12m FTCLiverpool/HybridLHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are partnered with a multinational distribution/courier, who have a requirement for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on an interim basis initially (12m FTC - Maternity Cover).The Senior HR Business Partner will support senior stakeholders in building the capability of the operation to achieve and deliver short-term business performance targets against the longer-term People strategy. This is a generalist HR role,supporting the Field Operations functions - circa 4500 employees (c.350 line managers).There may be some ad-hoc travel required to local sites around Liverpool (Merseyside/Cheshire/North Wales).Were seeking a candidate with proven experience within an HRBP capacity, particularly someone who is results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement. Key stakeholders would be managers across the business units.This is a generalist Human Resources role, inclusive of ER advice and case management, project work, line management support on policy and process.The role reports into the HR Director.Minimum CIPD Level 5 is desirable.Additional skills required include:
