Job Description

My client is looking for a strong people manager with a strong technical background to join them as part of their continued growth & improvement.Client DetailsMy client are a global manufacturing business.Description

  • Lead a Financial Accounting team to deliver accurate and timely execution of Financial Accounting activities
  • Oversee day-to-day work of Financial Accountants including managing work assignments, review of quality and helping with queries, and ensure the team is adhering to compliance & control
  • Ensure timely and accurate local statutory reporting for entities
  • Provide guidance or perform complex Financial Accounting transactions
  • Manage team performance against KPIs
  • Collaborate between Entity Group teams to drive harmonisation of processes and inter-company analysis across the group
  • Support and contribute to ad hoc projects or continuous improvement activities
Profile
  • Qualified accountant
  • Strong people management experience
  • Ideally experience of working within a SSC environment
  • Proven track record of improving processes
Job Offer
  • Salary up to £65,000, plus car allowance
  • 15% bonus
  • Hybrid working- 3 days in the office
