Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged with a leading Financial Services company based in Liverpool with the appointment of a Senior Finance Analyst - Regulatory Reporting.The CompanyOur client are a personalised wealth and investment management firm that have just entered a period of unprecedented growth and they are going to be going through some exciting changes in the next 2 years as their finance team continues to develop.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and support data accuracy through the processes we own and across all Finance team* Drive and support data accuracy through the processes we own and across all Finance teams.* Support the regulatory returns data automation through continuous improvement programmes, keeping a central log of manual adjustments, reasoning, and corresponding controls.* Support the review and sign off the regulatory reporting cycles according to the Rathbones regulatory reporting governance policy.* Master an understanding of validation rules applicable to the different returns.* Collate quarterly regulatory reporting governance framework returns for the treasury function to support evidencing ongoing compliance.* Report Treasury governance results to the Prudential Reporting Team on a quarterly basis.* Develop an understanding on how to improve processes.* Creation of new MI reports defined by the business.* Completion of MI on treasury reporting outputs to internal stakeholders and external shareholders within the required timescales.Experience Required* Relevant qualifications or qualified by experience.* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role within Finance.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Advanced Excel* ERP system experienceOn Offer* Hybrid working model* Onsite parking* Competitive holiday allowance* Employee pension scheme* Study Support* Hybrid WorkingNext StepsPlease reach out to Jack Penketh at for a private and confidential discussion
