Job Description

Senior Compliance Officer / £27.29 per hour / 3-month initial contract / Housing Association:Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Merseyside Housing Association to recruit a temporary Senior Compliance Officer. The initial contract is 3-months, however the post will be recruited for permanently alongside various other positions toapply direct for once in post. The position offers £27.29 per hour via umbrella and highly agile working, with office attendance only required once a week.Senior Compliance OfficerHousing AssociationAbout The Role:

  • Monitor the delivery of the Mechanical and Electrical Systems function including the management of relevant contracts, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support the Compliance Manager in the development, implementation and review of the Compliance Management model and M&E Systems policies, procedures and guidance
  • providing advice and expertise across all services for the lifecycle of buildings including acquisition, design and build, occupation, refurbishment, demolition and disposal, providing technical, procedural, specification and compliance guidance as required
Senior Compliance OfficerHousing AssociationWhat You Need:
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems within Social Housing. Such as, government and industry guidance, British standards and building regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations Guidance Note 3 and The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations1998
  • Effective contract management skills including managing service and maintenance contracts
  • Relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification is desirable
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
