DC264Senior Building ManagerLocationLiverpoolSalary - £45,000 to £52,000 DOE + Excellent BenefitsOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Senior Building Manager to be based on-site at a large multi-let office complex in Liverpool. Working in a multi-faceted role, the Senior Building Manager will be assisting inall aspects of service delivery, supporting the Associate Director and the Senior Management team. The building has a dedicated onsite M&E, Cleaning and Security provision, and the Senior Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standardsof management, maintenance and service are being maintained.The successful candidate will be supported by the Assistant Building Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the next phase of regeneration at the building, incorporating the Companys new vision. The complex is one of Liverpools most iconic officebuildings in the heart of the City and this role offers an opportunity to the successful candidate to add their stamp to this amazing building.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across the site.
  • Continuing to mobilise the scheme to provide a safe environment for PPM and project close out, fitting out of tenant areas and operations.
  • Effective management of projects.
  • Ensuring building procedures are in place that support management of the building.
  • Budget setting, management and reconciliation.
  • Developing effective, proactive relationships with all occupiers.
  • Ability to manage contractors to ensure PPM works and reactive maintenance is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring, coaching and mentoring all members of the Companys team and of the hard and soft service partner site teams to deliver a one-team ethos.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of occupier engagement and customer service will be required.
  • Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with adjoining developments and key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of Riskwise, CAFM and Gmail an advantage.
  • IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable qualification.
  • IT skills including Word, Chrome, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information.
  • Good customer relationship skills.
