Job Description

Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: Merseyside (various locations)Salary: £25+ per hourContract: rest of the academic yearReed Further Education are recruiting SEN tutor in Merseyside, full or part time for the rest of the academic year.As an SEN Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential. Your personalized approach and adaptability will make a positive impact on their academic and personaldevelopment.The successful Tutor will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience teaching young people with additional needs.
  • A good understanding and commitment to Safeguarding
  • A UK Recognised Teaching Qualification, such as PGCE or equivalent
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
"All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
