Primary school, general administrator role- September 2022 startDo you have experience working in education administration or a similar environment If so- An opportunity has risen in one of our partnered primary schools, to appoint an experienced and friendly general administration assistant to join their team inthe new academic year.The role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30 and is on a long term basis starting from September 2022.Job specificationYour role would be supporting within the main school office, alongside other members of the clerical team to support you, carrying out tasks such as: answering the phones, drafting and sending out letters, filing, producing and storing documentation etc.Person specificationExperience of working with SIMS or a similar school system is a requirement for this role as it will be an integral part of your daily tasks. You will have at least 1 years worth of experience working in a busy office environment and accurately handlinglarge volumes of school data.
