Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join one of North Wests leading housing associations. The Prima Group is an ambitious, forward thinking, and innovative place to work, and we recently made it into the Top 10 at the National Housing Digital Awards,recognising our success in innovation, technology, and transformation.As a Scheme Manager, you will deliver tenancy support and advice services; within a performance management framework; in specialist accommodation for older people encompassing a range of support needs.Location: LiverpoolHours of Work: Permanent, Part Time (25hrs per Week)Salary: £15,310 per annumScheme Manager Duties:

  • To actively support and deliver against the Associations corporate objectives
  • To be aware of and assist the Association in delivering value for money services
  • Monitor care packages within the scheme to meet relevant support needs and person-centred care
  • Provide high quality, generic advice on all neighbourhood services and processes
  • Ensure that all income owed to the Association is collected in order to ensure income is maximised in line with targets
  • Ensure that properties are re-let as quickly as possible, minimising rent loss and associated void costs in line with targets
  • Effectively diagnose and log responsive repairs, overseeing cost analysis as per the Associations approved schedule of rates
  • Effectively manage the building and associated communal services provided by the Association
  • Effectively manage the communal environment in respect of health and safety, including but not limited to salt and gritting pathways during winter months
  • Provide cover across all schemes for daily calls and visits to the housebound during office closedowns
  • Contribute to the housing team in a drive for continuous service improvement in Customer Services to ensure the Association is a top quartile performer in all KPIs
  • Contribute to effectively embedding a customer service culture
  • Effectively monitor risk within the scheme and report to the Group Head of Housing
Scheme Manager Requirements:
  • Customer services experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience of working in an elderly care environment
  • Experience of lone working
  • An understanding of Housing Management theory and best practice.
  • Good understanding of best practice in customer services.
  • Ability to ascertain the support needs of tenants; to act accordingly in notifying others and to provide appropriate support (including emergency services)
  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent qualification in maths and English
