Job Description

Lead the Test Strategy and implementation of a brand new SAP tool delivering functional testing, UAT and SIT.Interact with key project stakeholders and manage deliverables within the project and the wider business.Client DetailsMy client is a global law firm dedicated to serving the innovative people and businesses. They pride themselves on acting responsibly and being accountable for their action.DescriptionAs a Test Lead, you will ensure successful endto end testing of thesolution implementation.

  • Designing and implementing the testing strategy and management approach for the project
  • Working with the Business Analysis Team to ensure test cases cover Requirements scope
  • Leading the testing workstream across key phases of testing including SIT, UAT, performance testing etc
  • Delivering key testing artefacts, including test strategy, approach, plan, resource profile, test scripts and reporting
  • Supporting testing resource in executing testing across large complex end to end transformation programmes
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and a multi vendor environments
  • Highlighting any testing risks and issues e.g. resourcing, priority conflicts, business capacity, testing inputs and busy periods
  • Working with the Business Systems team and 3rd parties in managing test environments
ProfileThe successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of test leadership and execution in the context of large scale transformation projects
  • Experience of designing test strategies to deliver test cycles (SIT, UAT, Non Functional Testing) for multiple cycle and multiple release projects
  • Experience in managing a team of testing resource, including technical and business resources, some of which are offshore
  • Experience of executing testing with multiple vendors and third party integrations
  • Experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to manage the testing lifecycle in line with the projects environments approach
  • Experience of devising and implementing integration testing across multiple 3 rd party platforms
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment, where test resource is pulled from across the business and is not a dedicated test team
