SALES MANAGER - CORPORATE HOSPITALITYLIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE£30,000 - £35,000 + COMMISSION + EXCELLENT BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITY:My client is a Global business located in the heart of Liverpool who is looking for a hands-on sales professional to join the team. Working as part of the highly successful management team you will be responsible for winning new clients, managing existing clients and increasing revenues in the Liverpool property.The company boasts an impressive client base and you will be responsible for winning Mid to Corporate sized accounts to utilise the companies services.You will receive extensive support and development to become a top performer within the business. An excellent opportunity for a career minded individual.THE POSITION:

  • Working as part of the management team you will be responsible for the revenue generation in Liverpool
  • Targeting mid to corporate sized companies within the region to consultatively sell the companies services
  • Managing existing clients to ensure high quality of services, cross sells, upsells and generally increase revenue spends
  • Expanding regional accounts to become national & international accounts
  • Develop strategic partnerships within defined industry sectors
  • Implementation of Sales strategy and development of internal procedures and systems
  • Liaison with international feeder markets to enable effective cross-selling
  • Implementation of new strategies to develop untapped international markets
  • Work towards and exceed monthly revenue and occupancy based targets as agreed with the Director
  • Coordinate with other colleagues such as the Front of House Manager to ensure clients receive excellent service
  • THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience within a new business and sales driven role within Corporate Hospitality / Hotels / Serviced Apartments
  • Experience in a targeted Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Business Development / Commercial Manager role with a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience of selling to Mid, Large Corporate businesses
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive, firm, well mannered, good negotiator
  • Work in a team and confident
  • Work effectively in the field - high sales activity required
  • Sensitive to Customers Needs and Requirements
