Situated in Liverpool this growing company are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to come and join their well established business on a permanent basis. They are all about team fit and finding someone who will help to deliver their exceptional service and help their finance function run seamlessly, so if you feel you have any of the skills required for the role then get in touch.DescriptionThe Sales Ledger Clerk will:

  • Process customer receipts onto SAP
  • Online invoices submissions
  • Invoice queries
  • Send daily invoices and monthly statements to customers
  • Client queries
  • Update data records to ensure correct billing
  • Regular filing of supplier invoices and delivery notes
  • Ad hoc duties
  • ProfileThe Sales Ledger Clerk MUST:
  • SAP is advantageous nut not essential
  • Have strong experience in a Sales Ledger Clerk role
  • Good communicator both written and verbal
  • Team player attitude
  • Good time management
