Job Description

Home Based Sales Executive

  • Up to £30,000 - £45,000 OTE
  • Uncapped commission
  • Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)
Our client is a fast-paced business who are on the lookout for money motivated salespeople to join their rapidly expanding sales team but based from home (can be based anywhere in the UK).The ideal candidate will have a background in new business B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting targets. Perhaps you have been in a full-time field sales position and are now looking to be closer to home or maybe you are in internal sales butwould prefer to work from home.Duties include:The role is working from an existing client database as well as qualifying leads to secure client meetings for their external sales representatives. Therefore, you must have experience in appointment setting and be naturally tenacious. So, having fantasticorganisational skills alongside a creative sales ability is crucial.Essential Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:
  • Experience of persuading, convincing and influencing, whilst maintaining customer service
  • Ability to question the customer effectively to understand their needs;
  • Polite and attentive telephone manner; must be able to build rapport and offer a fantastic customer service experience
  • Assertiveness that achieves a win/win situation;
  • The desire and potential to work under pressure in a competitive and fast paced environment
Experience:
  • 2 years continuous sales experience in a B2B role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Must be Computer Literate and have managed multiple systems at a time
Salary & Benefits:
