We have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. You will develop and increase volumes in defined Sales Segments and coordinator sales tasks within organisation.Responsibilities of ourSales Coordinator will include: Handling quotations requests received by Account Manager and customers within KPI Supporting customers in the utilisation of MyPrice Actively promoting CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA) Requesting DDSM exception and updating info into the system Monitoring quotations pending from line Relaying other requests from customers to Customer Care Back-up for Outside Sales or Inside Sales Creating, updating, and following up quotations on a dedicated portfolio of customer Capturing customer feedback in Market ID and recorded in CRM Ensuring bookings are freighted according to agreed rates and DDSM on workflow report Contributing to dispute resolution and contacting HO on Freight & DDSM claims when required Negotiating with Head Office Pricer to secure competitive pricing to develop volumes/revenue Coordinating with agency trade manager to ensure focus on trade priority Maintaining and developing strong lasting relationships with customers to generate volume/ revenue Monitoring e-mails received by account manager each day, carry out whatever actions are needed from Sales. Assisting in preparation of tender figures for annual contracts Replying to all freight invoice queries within KPIOur ideal Sales Coordinator will have the following:
