Job Description

Huntswood is looking for experienced Sales and Retentions Advisors for a leading utilities company in this great contract opportunity.As a Sales and Relations Advisor, you will be the first port of call for customers who may be cancelling or coming to the end of their contracts. Your role will be to use your experience and listening skills to build rapport with the individuals to enableyou to understand the customers requirements and offer them new products or services to retain them within the business. Customers can use this service Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm. As a Sales and Retentions Advisor you need to be able to work rotationalshifts between these times to provide a complete service to our clients customers.This contract opportunity is a remote campaign from day one with all equipment and training provided to you. All we ask that you have a quiet area to take calls, with a suitable desk and chair, and a stable broadband connection.What Huntswood can offer you:

The ideal Sales and Relations Advisor will have:
  • Experience working in a telephony-based customer service or sales role
  • Proven experience of working in a targeted based experience
  • Flexibility to work a shift between 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday
  • A quiet and private space with a desk and chair and a stable broadband connection
  • Resilience to deal with objections but still provide an excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
