Job Description

Sales Advisor (Electric Vehicles)Liverpool City CentrePermanent£23,000 basic salary plus commission (£35,000 OTE) Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pmAn award winning digital media company based in Liverpool City Centre are looking at recruiting several Sales Advisor’s with electric vehicle experience to join their expanding team. This company provide customer leads services to automotive giants such as Jaguar Land Rover and Mercedes. The leads provided are generated on customers researching purchases online and requesting calls, therefore no outbound call is a cold call. This is a fast paced and target driven role, so the ideal candidate will be able to work to the firm but fair targets to claim the financial incentive. Being a Sales Advisor within this role requires you to be an engaging, self-driven and attentive professional.To apply for this position you must have experience either selling or providing service on electric vehicles.The duties of a Sales Advisor are;

  • Calling customers who have requested further information
  • Providing educational and inspiring information
  • Assisting customers in their buying process
  • Providing customers with brochures and options
  • Booking test drives
  • Maintaining high quality customer service
  • Providing warm leads to the automotive businesses
  • Supporting company targets with your own goals
    • To be considered for this role you must possess the following;
  • Proven experience within a similar role selling or providing a service on electric vehicles
  • Be target driven and able to provide good customer service
  • Happy to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
  • Can build relationships with customer and colleagues alike
  • Have great team spirit and morale
  • Able to work within GDPR and uphold excellent call quality
