Sales Administrator – Competitive Salary – Paddington Village, Liverpool The RoleAre you an organized and detail-oriented individual Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a dynamic team If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Mycardium AI is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our innovative company and play a vital role in transforming the healthcare industry.As a Sales Administrator at Mycardium AI, you will be an essential part of our Commercial team, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to ensure the smooth operation of our sales activities.Key Responsibilities:

  • The role does not carry a Sales target.
  • Arranging conferences – meeting arrangements involving communication with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Organising travel for the commercial team.
  • Maintaining travel tracker and budgets.
  • Minuting of meetings.
  • Due to a large US customer base, occasional working of flexible hours and potential travel may be required.
The CompanyMyCardium AIs mission is to improve healthcare system performance, patient outcomes by providing better diagnoses, and contribute to the development of next generation treatments by analysing Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Images with Artificial IntelligenceAlgorithms capable of performing heart measurement automation to a superhuman standard.The Benefits

The Person
  • Experience of working across a number of administration disciplines, including but not limited to document creation, event organisation, diary management.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Some experience of working with senior leaders, including workload prioritisation (PA Experience).
  • Excellent written English.
