RTA Litigation Fee EarnerAn RTA Litigation Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a national, Legal 500 law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.My client is an award winning law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our clients leading team you will manage a quality caseload of RTA litigation matters both fast and multi track on behalf of the Claimant. You will deal with post issue RTA cases to settlement; assessing liability and quantum, advising clients on court proceedings and conducting relevant investigations. You will be a competent and experienced litigator and have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules to be able to run cases to disposal/trial.The ideal candidate will have recent and proven RTA Litigation experience and we are happy to consider both Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners.
