As standard - Working Monday to Friday, 9-5, 35 hours per week.Role overviewIntroduction to the role:Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for proactively contributing to the development of the reward strategy. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will develop and manage the firm’s benefit arrangements to include pensions, health andrisk benefits, and the UK flexible benefits scheme.
