Reward & Benefits AnalystLocation: Hybrid/ LiverpoolSalary: £30,000-£35,000Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working exclusively with this global icon of sport in their search for a Reward & Benefits Analyst. You will have a pivotal role as Reward & Benefits Analyst, working as part of the wider HR team and reporting into a dedicated Reward Manager, you will provide value adding support in the delivery of the Reward Strategy and lead in the provision of accurateand comprehensive workforce metrics and people analytics.To be successful in this commercially driven and pacey environment you will need to be a real self-starter, proactive with a high level of resilience. Key responsibilities;*Ensure the smooth running of all internal benefit schemes, including the management of scheme eligibility and reporting for budgeting and statutory purposes.*Manage and maintain the benefits system solution and support the review, renewal and administration of benefit plans.*Act as the primary contact for external providers including the benefits system / platform, benefits brokers, insurers and other benefits providers.*Develop colleague education surrounding benefits and total reward programmes by developing and proposing communications and internal promotional materials.*Support the pension governance committee from an administration perspective ensuring we continue to drive the pension agenda and compliance with all pension regulations including auto enrolment.*Manage and maintain a robust, accurate database of workforce data to ensure high quality, accurate, insightful data is produced and maintained to analyse and communicate trends and themes to key stakeholders*Data collation and submission of Gender Pay Gap data*Administer, promote and manage the recognition programmeKey skills & experience;*You will have relevant experience in a similar role including managing in-house and external providers and be conversant with current HR & pensions legislation. *You will have a solid understanding of how employee benefit schemes are structured and ideally have experience of following providers; Resourcelink, Benefex or Corporate Reward. *Being a data analysis expert, you will have good HR systems and data manipulation skills and you will be comfortable creating spreadsheets using your advanced excel skills providing detailed analysis of complex data sets.*With great analytical and problem-solving skills, you will have the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure as well as set and manage priorities.*You will have strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus.If you believe you have the skills and the talent to succeed in this role, dont delay apply today!
