Job Description

About The RolePlease note that all face to face interviews will be carried out with strict adherence to COVID-19 safety precautions and measures. These will be shared with you at point of invitation.What youll be doing:

  • Youll be joining a small team of between 46 members of staff
  • Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
  • Youll be working up to 27 hours per week
  • Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
  • Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
  • Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when theyre bewildered by choice
  • Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets
What youll need - skills and experience:
  • Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
  • Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
  • Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers
  • Youll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
  • Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Youll possess basic computer literacy
  • Youll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
