Due to our business expanding we are currently looking for a Part Time 20 hours Retail Sales Advisor to join our successful based in Edge Lane Retail is vital for the success of our brand. Working in store you will be customer facing, ensuring that all our customers have an exceptional customer journey whilst they shop in store. Using our industry leading Sleepmatch technology together with your excellent communication skills, you will work with each individual customer to establish their needs and help them on their journey to their `great night`s sleep`. A passion for a personal sense of achievement, teamed with drive to hit both individual and store targets is essential. We need people who are focused on providing a customer with the best service possible. You should be able to demonstrate ambition to succeed and will in turn be provided with the tools and training to fulfil that desire. Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary you need to have the determination and self-motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets and the confidence to approach customers and negotiate sales. Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
