Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an Experience Resource Planner to join the Facilities Maintenance team in a very successful organisation. You will play key role in maintaining the buildings and engineering infrastructure of the organisationto support the 54 departments, based in 300 buildings.The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of maintenance services through planning and monitoring work flow through the maintenance system.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmThis is a temporary position for approximately 12 weeks with the potential to explore other opportunities.The key holder will be the conduit between tasks reported by customers and technicians and constructors who carry out the works. You will be required to:

  • Receive inbound calls through the hub
  • Operate the system including data inputting
  • Maintain contact with technicians
  • Plan and Programme maintenance tasks, ensuring technicians receive adequate workload
  • Monitor job queues and blockages
  • Schedule materials
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain rotas for out of hours working
  • Enter data onto HR and payroll systems
