Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in central Liverpool is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing Department, offering flexible home working 4 days a week with one day in office.You should have extensive experience of dealing with residential leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership/staircasing agreements, right to buy, new build, limited company buy to lets and auction properties.Experience of dealing with short term lending and bridging finance would be preferred but not essential as training can be given.You can expect plenty of autonomy and challenge, as you will be dealing with files from inception to completion, liaising constantly with interested parties and ensuring adherence to agreed policies and timescales.
