Nothing demonstrates this better than their unrivalled staff retention rate and that fact that many of their Partners started at the firm as trainees.The firm believe in work-life balance and offer agile working, they house many working parents and offer work from home.The RoleThe firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their office in Liverpool.This department deals with good quality levels of work and you will act as a lead fee earner.You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, deeds of easements, and rectification of titles as well as shared ownership, flats and residential development. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.Requirements
