The Reservations Agents core purpose is to.Deliver our Staybridge Spirit day in day out. Our Staybridge Spirit is key to the success of this brand. The hotel will in turn reward you by exceeding profit and performance target by delivering consistently high standardsthe team will do it because theylove what they do!You will be part of that team.Assist the Operations/Sales Manager in being a friendly point of contact when our guests email or call the hotel or make enquiries. Its vital that they are warmly and efficiently welcomed, as you confidently read and respond appropriately to their individualrequirements. Equally, we want them to be happy and looking forward to their visit.Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service, Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room /Group reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemBuilding relationships not only with our guests but also our booking agents.At Staybridge Suites we want our guests to feel like part of the family, which means we need you to: Be down-to-earth by being straightforward and natural Be thoughtful by being perceptive, caring and accommodating Be sociable by being upbeat, involved and friendly Be reliable by being professional, a team player and resourcefulThe role directly reports to the Operations Manager.
