We are seeking an organised, customer-focused Repairs/Scheduling Assistant to join our clients team. This role is integral to ensuring that repairs and maintenance services run smoothly for customers.Client DetailsThis organisation is a prominent provider within the Not for Profit and Charities sector, with a sizeable team dedicated to customer service.   • Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance services.
  • Manage customer service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all repairs are logged and tracked accurately.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service status.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of service-related documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
