The roleThe purpose of this role is to provide operational administration of the repair intervention programme by analysing trends and identifying areas of concern to actively survey and assess, such as high cost, high repair, and high-risk properties. You willcollaborate with the Repairs, Disrepair & Voids Coordinator to ensure the services provided are reviewed to allow for data analysis, cost control and suitable works ordered to reduce timescales and disrepair claims. You will also proactively communicate withtenants and leaseholders who may be targeted for disrepair works to engage and book repairs to avoid future cases, tracking and reviewing works which are required.We are looking for someone with knowledge and understanding of responsive repairs. You will have experience in producing and presenting data and reports to management with recommended solutions. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonalskills and able to work as part of a team, with a methodical and flexible approach with a positive attitude to work. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse, manipulate and interpret data using clear informative and concise reports, be ableto work under own initiative, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines, and be willing to learn and undertake appropriate training.This is a great opportunity to join our Asset Management Department and play a pivotal role in how we deliver our services. Through identifying trends in our repairs service, you will be targeting where and how we improve our customers homes. You will bethe key point of contact in the Asset Delivery Team for any data analysis, trend reports or performance information which will be used to direct our services.
