TITLE: Remote Swedish, Norwegian or Danish Customer Care/RenewalsLanguages: Swedish, Danish or NorwegianLocation:Fully remote until January 2022. Then commute once a month to the Liverpool officeSalary: Total compensation of £24,898 (this is comprised of base of £21,293 and a fixed bonus of £3,605)The company : This company works with a portfolio of clients as its " outsourced" sales and renewals team. The environment is totally multilingual and it has a very social and friendly work culture. This role is totally bilingual and youwill be reaching out to existing clients to help manage their contract renewals for them and to notify then that a renewal is due.You will be given full training in this role and will work to renew contract for companies (all B2B) such as VW cars, IBM, Dell, Microsoft and Google.This role has 4 key elements 1) contact clients 2) provide a top class customer care service 3) Renew the contracts 4) update the databaseDuties: 2 hours a day on the phone contacting existing clients5.5 hours follow up admin work
