This exciting opportunity will be office based in Liverpool and you will lead the branch who deliver quality, one to one domiciliary care for older people with varying needs in their own homes. This role will focus on the leadership and management of their South Liverpool branch (currently delivering around 6000 care hours per week), line management of an established team, regular assessments as well as building and maintaining relationshipswith professionals. The Manager will also hold registration for the branch and will ensure CQC compliance standards are excellent at all times by conducting regular audits. There will also be an element of on call for this role.The ideal candidate for this role will:* Have experience of leadership and staff supervision over a large team.* Have management experience within home care or domiciliary care on a large scale.* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 5, or be working towards this.Reporting to the Operations Director this is a full-time role, working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Travel may be required for assessment or review purposes. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £50,000 per annum PLUS any travel paid at 45p per mile.You will be joining an established and large organisation with a great reputation and great progression opportunities!
