Job Description

Consult are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a market-leading organisation within the field of Audiology; our client manufacturers, develops and markets industry leading hearing and balance diagnostic solutions, operating on a global platform.Due to internal promotion we are now looking for a highly motivated Sales professional to work as a Regional Sales Manager (Territory Manager), selling a cutting-edge portfolio of capital instrumentation, across both Public and Private market channels -covering the North West of England.With a strong remuneration package on offer, this is an exciting career prospect with a global leader within a niche healthcare space, delivering expert knowledge, reliable solutions and trusted partnerships worldwide, consistently.Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the companys products
  • To manage and develop the selling of Audiological solutions through both Private and Public channels
  • Identify new customers and opportunities
  • Effective account management and competitive negotiation
  • To provide on-going product training and support
  • Attainment of company defined targets and expectations
  • Work in close liaison with the Sales Manager to forecast business levels and ensure delivery against agreed targets
About You:
  • Medical and/or Healthcare sales experience - selling technical products, rather than services, preferably capital equipment
  • Right commercial desire and aptitude to drive business growth
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Organise the territory - plan cost-effective routing
  • Charismatic, ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Location - North West of England (M62 corridor preferable)
