Job Description

The Company:

The Role:
  • Our client serves healthcare providers and educators with products and services for Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Simulation, Airway Management, Immobilization, Patient Care, Self-Directed Learning and Medical Education.
  • 70% into NHS + 30% into the education/universities.
  • Selling into heads of departments within Resuscitation, A+E, Simulation Suites.
  • As well as the products, they offer training and license an online training platform, where people can learn life support/do online training.
  • Selling capital equipment, software and training contracts.
  • One of THE most important areas of focus is high quality educational services and programs to support their customers in their activities, including medical simulation audio visual recording and debrief systems.
  • Covering the M62 corridor and Lincolnshire (Manchester, Liverpool, Crewe, Preston, Bolton, Sheffield, Hull, Leeds, Bradford & Lincoln.
The Ideal Person:
  • Clinical knowledge is desirable alongside a demonstrative sales history.
  • Minimum 2-3 years sales in medical devices.
  • Ideally you will have a mix of clinical and commercial NHS sales experience.
  • If you are from an anaesthetic, resuscitation, paramedic background with sales then ideal.
  • Will consider candidates who demonstrate a high level clinical expertise with a natural talent for sales that can be developed by coaching.
  • Looking for someone that is tech savvy as a lot of the products & training they sell is software focused.
  • Travelling will form an important part of this role, with regular overnight stays expected, with flexibility in working patterns being key.
  • A full and comprehensive on boarding programme is in place which will be tailored to individual needs.
