Their missionis to create a fairer future for teachers, schools and students and they are scaling in to new regions with huge plans for growth!The Role:As an Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our partner schools. You will collaborate closely with key decision makers to identify, attract and retain key talentwithin the education sector. You will be managing a team of recruitment consultants, ensuring maximum output!Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management:* To provide leadership for regional education team - reviewing workload & managing targets.* To assist the Directors with important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.* To oversee, develop and document key organisational processes and procedures.* To analyse and improve organisational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency by way of such processes.Within Recruitment:* To prospect and engage new educators (Teachers, TAs, Cover Supervisors etc).* To create and post job adverts* To win new educators and successfully onboard them into the business.* To maintain, manage and grow the new relationships - ensuring new educators are using SupplyWell services.* To ensure all educators are using the SupplyWell platform* To have an in depth knowledge of the sector and issues that will impact partnersThe Ideal Candidate:* You MUST have experience within education recruitment.* Experience managing a team is desired.* You MUST have experience using a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred)* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
