We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator for an exciting new client who has seen rapid growth over the last 12 months. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding HR team based in Liverpool.The client is one of the UKs leading providers of Covid-19 testing, offering a range of effective testing services, staying abreast of global demand including, but not limited to, antibody testing, test to release and fit to fly. With HQ based in Liverpool,they have over 50 testing facilities across the UK.The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for processing all documentation and administration related to recruitment including, but not limited to, creation of job descriptions, personnel specifications and placing adverts to attract suitable candidates.In return, the Recruitment Administrator can expect a salary £17,000 - £20,000, 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and pension.Recruitment Administrator Duties;* Daily recruitment administration* Ensure strong candidate management through process* Building relationships and liaising with partners and agencies* Liaise with relevant parties to ensure onboarding process is managed efficiently* Maintain trackers in relation to recruitment and selection to update senior managersRecruitment Administrator Requirements;* 2 years experience in recruitment* Strong organisation skills* Excellent communicator* Experience using MS Office Suite of Applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)* Able to commute to LiverpoolThis is likely to be a quick hire so please dont hesitate and apply today with an updated CV.
