Job Description

About usYou will be working in a split role between a forward-thinking firm of accountants and a dynamic finance consultancy practice, based in our Waterloo office. We are all about client service and proactive work. and pride ourselves with being customer focused. We are a strong, close knit team and need a flexible individual to work with us.The roleAs Receptionist/Administrator you will be responsible for all reception duties, including telephones, meet and greet, post and scanning. In addition fee raising, organising documents, diary and travel management for directors would be required.Candidate requirementsThe right indiviudal will have a positive attitude with a pleasent professional manner. A positive attitude lifts all the people around you and we thrive on a happy, successful workplace. You will need to be a team player especially as due to the size of our practice there are times when its all hands on deck, and everyone is expected to do whatever is necessary to get the job done’. Must be organised, smart and enthusiastic with experience of computer packages. Financial compliance awareness and experiance with managing a CRM system is an advantage but not essential.Other considerationsAlthough close to the city centre we do not have the parking or bottle neck issues that come with city centre travel.
