Job Description

I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established, successful Law Firm in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Looking for a fabulous, experienced candidate to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls
  • Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms
  • Maintaining the waiting area
  • Administration duties
  • The successful candidate:
  • At least 3 years experience as a receptionist within a busy Law Firm
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion
