Job Description

My client is based in Aintree, looking to recruit a Receptionist who is experienced in using EMIS systems. You will be taken on, on a part time basis offered on 24 hours, 3 day working week. The pay is £9.98 per hour, which will then increase after 6 monthswith a clear progression path over the 2 years of working for the company also.The position has become available due to the business moving in such a fast paced environment and that is why they need support from a pro active, positive and friendly receptionist to hit the ground running.Key responsibilities and duties-* Knowledge and use of EMIS web* Processing and issuing of prescriptions within standard timeframe * Processing personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits and telephone consultations and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate health care professional * Taking messages and passing on information * Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail* Filing and retrieving of paperwork* Clearing and restocking consultation rooms are required* Keeping patient areas tidy* Being polite and helpful to patients and colleagues at all times ensuring that you provide good customer serviceKey skills and Experience-* EMIS trained* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectivelywith other team members* Ability to handle sensitive information in confidentiality* IT Skills * Dealing with peoples needs in a patient and professional mannerIf you feel that you have the correct experience and would be interested in hearing more about the role, please apply immediately.Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
