A global pharmaceutical manufacturer are looking for a Quality Director to lead strategy and a team of QA, QC and regulatory compliance facilitating the site to meet regulatory and customer requirements.Client DetailsA global pharmaceutical manufacturing going through an exciting phase of change and transformation. A long-standing history of producing the highest quality of product that positively impact both human and animal health care the business have a strong emphasison their people and manufacturing excellence.DescriptionThe Quality Director will be responsible as part of the Site Leadership Team for determining Quality strategy to meet company, site, customer and regulatory requirements to support a successful pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role will be responsiblefor a large team of QA/QC and regulatory staff covering regulatory compliance, including FDA/MHRA, Audits, Batch disposition and quality control operations. You will lead the coaching, mentoring and training of all staff to ensure they are motivated and equippedto perform to the highest standard. You will perform batch releases and ensure that all relevant testing is performed in line with compliance requirements and meet manufacturing needs. Additionally you may be required to support and advise the global businesson quality matters.ProfileThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of Quality Leadership within a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology manufacturing company. You will degree qualified in a scientific discipline, ideally to a masters/PhD level. Ideally you will be a QualifiedPerson (QP). You will be an advocate of working with manufacturing collaboratively to ensure quality standards are met, facilitating customer needs.
