Quality and Performance Manager Up to £50,000 per annum DOEFull-time, permanentLiverpoolRegenda is now recruiting for a Quality and Performance Manager to work with our fantastic subsidiary The Learning Foundry. About the roleThe Learning Foundry is an Ofsted Good, Matrix accredited training provider delivering Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Adult Education and Commercial training programmes. We are now recruiting for an ambitious and dynamic Quality and Performance Manager to join our Senior Management Team and lead us on our journey in becoming an outstanding training provider. The purpose of the role is to implement and deliver our Quality Policy and Management Framework, supporting The Learning Foundry in achieving our vision, mission and strategic objectives.The successful candidate will have significant experience at a senior management level in the education sector, with Ofsted experience and a detailed understanding of the Education Inspection Framework, along with experience of managing the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Process. We are looking for applicants with strong current knowledge of funding and the ability to lead on the delivery, monitoring and reporting of all Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) contract outcomes which ensure TLF are compliant.An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.About usThe Regenda Group is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need.
