Job Description

As an QSHE Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) department by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting in the implementationof QSHE policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks related to quality control, safety protocols, and environmental management.Location: Liverpool Salary: 24-28k per annum, depending on experienceHours: Monday-Friday, 9-5Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the QSHE Manager
  • Maintain and update QSHE documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
  • Ensure that all documentation is organized, accessible, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with QSHE standards.
  • Input data related to quality, safety, health, and environment into designated databases.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate QSHE training programs for employees.
  • Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
  • Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents related to quality, safety, health, and environment.
  • Document and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between the QSHE department and other departments within the organization.
  • Disseminate relevant information regarding QSHE policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a related industry.
  • Familiarity with QSHE standards and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • The candidate must be willing to undergo any necessary training to stay current with QSHE regulations.
