** PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK (FULL OR PART-TIME), LIVERPOOL, 26-28K ** Page Personnel working in partnership on an exciting new role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis in Liverpool. The role will be reporting into the Financial Controller. The PurchaseLedger Clerk will be working in Liverpool, you will be be kept busy with the ledger. This role is full or part time. Good excel skills.DescriptionThe Purchase Ledger Clerk duties include:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Auto-import invoices
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Supplier queries
  • Monitoring emails / responding within SLA
  • Trained into payment runs
  • Petty cash
ProfileThe successful Purchase Ledger Clerk MUST:
  • Have an Accounts Payable background
  • Able to work independently as well as alongside a team
  • Able to work towards month end deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with queries
  • Want to assist with improving processes
Job OfferThe benefits include:
