Job Description

Temporary role starting within a week.A Professional services business in Liverpool are looking for a purchase ledger assistant to join on a temporary basis.Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume of invoices for disbursements/payables
  • Ensuring accuracy of invoice postings at all times
  • Producing balanced statement reconciliations
  • Resolving any accounts payable matters in a timely manner
  • Liaising with suppliers and any other 3rd parties with a high quality of customer service
  • Answering allocated service desk queries as required.
  • Key requirements:
  • Immediately Available
  • Previous experience in high volume accounts payable role
  • Part AAT qualified is desirable
  • Strong experience producing balanced statement reconciliations
  • Demonstrable experience working in a fast paced commercial, growing business,
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Team Player with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Must be able to start within a week to be considered for this role.
