Job Description

Receptionist£20,500 Basic SalaryLiverpool - L6PermanentMonday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)Please note this is an on-site position.Pertemps are delighted to be working with a well-established property developer based in central Liverpool. This property developer is looking to add a receptionist to their team, this receptionist will be based in a brand-new student accommodation developmentlocated within the L6 area. The person in this position would be the first point of contact for all residents and customers. Due to this, a friendly, positive and approachable manner is essential. As well as receptionist duties, you will also provide supportto the student manager and the wider company team based throughout Liverpool. The person selected for the role will be responsible for the day-day duties assisting residents/customers and external contractors. Part of this role will also include supportingopen days and check in/ check out days.The main duties of a property receptionist include:

  • Provide an approachable and friendly service to all.
  • Being the face of the company
  • Take details of any potential issues residents encounter.
  • Report any required on-site maintenance.
  • Welcome visitors to the building.
  • Take bookings for viewings.
  • Conduct viewings for potential residents, highlighting to them key selling points related to the building as whole and individual apartments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents.
  • Dealing with contractor and maintenance visits.
  • Making sure all administrative records are kept organised and up to date.
  • Taking inbound calls in a friendly and effective manner
  • Maintain and monitor all on-site stationary stock.
To apply for the role of property advisor you must:
  • Have excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Be available for weekend work (check in days, university open days)
  • Have recent experience in a similar role.
  • Have Experience of working within a PBSA or similar.
  • Be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Past administration experience.
  • Great Interpersonal skills.
