Job Description

My client, a successful, growing property company based in Liverpool is recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic, forward thinking team. You must have recent property management experience at senior level, with experience in compliance,health & safety policies and legislations. If you are looking to work for a hungry, dynamic business which is growing rapidly then get in touch!As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the property portfolio on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing different sized block apartments
  • Organising and supervising maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, and tenants
  • Ensuring operations are compliant with legislation with policy & procedures
  • Managing enquiries from lessees, solicitors and claims from loss adjustors/brokers
  • Moving tenants in and out, assisting with leases & suggesting ideas to grow the business
Key skills and experience required:
  • Must have recent experience working in a property management role
  • Experience in block management - Knowledge of block compliance and health & safety
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems and improve efficiency
  • Some experience of managing/leading a small team is ideal
  • Well organised, able to prioritise & adapt to changing circumstances
  • Understanding of relevant Landlord & Tenant Act and other guidelines
  • Experience with dealing with & managing works on properties
  • Strong communication and people skills is essential
  • Team management experience is desirable
Salary £30k, depending on experience, may be negotiable25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, flexible working hours (8 hours per day), remote working from home 2/3 days tbc, car park space
