Do you have experience of managing PBSA or other student accommodation Are you looking for a new opportunity based in Liverpool city centre with one of the leading providers of student accommodation in the UK If so, read on!The roleIn this brand new role, you will lead the team and drive the performance of the property KPIs whilst delivering an outstanding student experience. This is a premium property so making sure that students receive great service and love living there is key! As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for implementing best practice through strong leadership, as well as driving a high quality customer service, sales, maintenance and housekeeping provision. And it goes without saying that the safety and welfare of the students is always paramount.The personExperience of working at this level in the student accommodation sector is preferred, and even better if youve previously worked for an asset management-led business where you run a property on behalf of its owners.
