Duties - Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding rental properties - Landlord and tenant account management - Work with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service - Contact suppliers to arrange for maintenance and repair of properties - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property listings - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction Experience - Previous experience in lettings/estate agency is required - Strong customer service ,organisational and administrative skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with the estate agent/property industry and local market trends is advantageous You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs. Your customer service skills ,organisational skills, and administrative abilities will contribute to your success in this role. You will have the opportunity to communicate with Landlordsand tenants, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
