Job Description

We don’t care about age, degree, or lack of experience, as long as our next team member is a positive, outgoing person, who is not afraid to learn, andget stuck in.We want to work with someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their own initiative. We are not your typical agent, and believe in a next generation of thinking when it comes to propertymanagement.The role has so much progression, as our goals for not only this year but years to come are huge, and we believe with the right team, we can achieve them.   • Advertising & Viewings
  • Onboarding new tenants & landlords
  • Organising & sorting maintenance issues
  • Building relationships and being a point of contact for landlords & contractors
  • Carrying out inspections
  • Chasing rent
  • Ensuring properties are compliant with HMO regulations
  • Adapt and assist directors with business development
  • Get stuff done and have a laugh whilst doing it!

Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm26 Flexible Saturdays (remote) per yearExperience isn’t required but good PC skills are a must!Driving license required, and personal car preferred.If you’re a positive, outgoing person, this role could be for you.
