Construction Project ManagerThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to work on one of the most exciting new projects in the North West. The role will see you managing multiple trades, sub-contractors and managers both operationally and commercially.The project is a High Rise Private Residential Development in Liverpool and will be a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments as well as a number of larger penthouses. You will need to be an experienced Project Manager currently with a main contractor or developer background working on schemes from £10 million upwards. Ideally you will have a broad-based experience across a range of construction projects, including RC Frame, Steel Frame, High-Rise, Apartment, Residential, Commercial.You must be able to drive the projects forward to completion within time and on budget. Ideally you will have the ability to monitor/programme using Asta.
